Gregor van Essen
Gregor is the founder and director of ForeignTalent. During the past ten years, Gregor developed new markets and established organisations for various companies in Europe, Asia and the United States. This has given him broad experience with international recruitment and management across different countries and cultures. Through his work at publishing company Elsevier, Gregor built an extensive network among top universities worldwide.

Gregor knows the perspective of a foreign employee from his own experience. A Dutch national, he lived and worked in New York, Singapore and London.

Gregor has Masters degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
 

Tom Feng
Tom is ForeignTalent's China Representative. From his Beijing office he is the primary contact for our candidates and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with universities, alumni associations, agents, student unions and other organisations in China.

Tom has a strong track record in student recruitment in China, joining ForeignTalent from Beijing Wiseway Consulting, a company promoting international education. In this position, he was responsible for introducing European universities to the Chinese education sector. Tom has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in China, Canada, the U.S., Thailand and Taiwan.

Tom has an Economics degree from the University of Winnipeg, Canada.
